READSTOWN, Wis. —

Authorities on Friday apprehended a Wisconsin man accused of robbing a gun store on April 4 and sending an anti-government manifesto to the White House.

Joseph Jakubowski was arrested around 6 a.m. at a campsite near Readstown, Wisconsin, according to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
